OBIT BAUER, STEPHEN EDWARD
BAUER, Stephen Edward, 21, of 1910 Governor Dr., N.W., Roanoke, died Tuesday, April 6, 1993, as a result of an automobile accident in Gainsville, Fla. He was a member of St. Andrew's Catholic Church, was a graduate of Northside High School, Class of 1990 and was active in various sports at Northside. He was a junior at University of Florida, Gainsville. He is survived by his parents, Herman J. and Mary E. Bauer, Roanoke; two brothers and one sister-in-law, David A. Bauer and wife, Cheryl, Richmond; Daniel V. Bauer, Arlington; one niece, Katherine Bauer, Richmond. Funeral services will be conducted from Oakey's North Chapel 11:30 a.m. Friday, April 9, with the Rev. Father Joseph Metzger officiating. Burial will be in St. Andrew's Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society. Friends may call Oakey's North Chapel after 2 p.m. Thursday.
