BOWL FOR KIDS' SAKE SET FOR APRIL 17

Big Brothers and Big Sisters will hold its annual Bowl for Kids' Sake April 17 from 1 until 4 p.m. at Triangle Lanes. The bowling marathon hopes to raise close to $20,000 this year for Big Brothers and Big Sisters.

Big Brothers and Big Sisters matches adult volunteers with school-age children, mostly from single-parent homes. A professional staff supervises the pairings. The volunteers provide guidance, support and a secure role model for at-risk youngsters.
