JONES, Carroll W., 77, of Lexington, Va., died Thursday, April 8, 1993. He was the son of the late Isaac and Mrs. Eunice Bruce Jones and was born November 10, 1915 in Wheeling, W.Va. He was a retiree of Ohio Bell Telephone Company in Cleveland, Ohio. He was a member of the First Baptist Church. Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Rebecca C. Jones of Lexington; an aunt; several nieces and nephews. The family requests that in lieu of flowers donations be made to the Lexington Life Saving and First Aid Crew or the Stroke Club. Friends may call at the residence, Rt. 5, Meadowview at any time and at the Lewis Funeral Home Chapel on Friday evening from 7 to 8. The graveside service will be held on Saturday, 11 a.m. in Evergreen Cemetery with Dr. Louis W. Hodges, Minister. J. B. Lewis Funeral Service is handling the arrangements.
