THE SKY IS FALLING?

FOR SOME time the environmental Chicken Littles have been trying to convince us that the sky is falling. In Joan Beck's March 26 column, entitled "Judging hazards is not an exact science," she seems to have no fear of being hit by a piece of falling sky.
