PULASKI BANK NOW HAS OFFICE

An organizing office for the proposed Community National Bank has been set up at 110 Washington Ave.

Its telephone number is 994-0831 and the mailing address is P.O. Box 1060, Pulaski 24301. Plans for the bank were announced April 3.

"Several of our investors have gotten calls from area folks who want to buy stock in the new community bank," said Wayne Carpenter, representing the bank's holding company.

"If everything stays on schedule, the stock sale to the public should be this fall," he said.

The bank is scheduled to open in 12 to 18 months.
