WITT-STEPHENS

Mr. and Mrs. Russell L. Witt are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Lisa Dawn Witt, to James Carl Stephens, son of Mr. and Mrs. James E. Stephens, all of whom are of Roanoke. Miss Witt and Mr. Stephens are employed by the City of Roanoke at the publiclibrary. He is currently on educational leave, attending graduate school atthe University of North Carolina atGreensboro. A December wedding is planned.
