Mr. and Mrs. Charles Johnson of Wytheville announce, with pleasure, the engagement of their daughter, Allison Stuart Johnson, to Kevin Scott Bloomfield, son of Mr. and Mrs. Mark Bloomfield of Wytheville. Allison is the granddaughter of Dr. and Mrs. Charles Brock Hughes of Wytheville and the late Mr. and Mrs. Sterling Johnson of Narrows.
Kevin is the grandson of Mrs. Alice Mays and the late Mr. Reginald Mays of Bluefield, and Mrs. Eloise Bloomfield and the late Mr. Richard Bloomfield of Bluefield.
Allison, a sophomore Child Psychology major at Hollins College, plans to graduate in December of 1994 and pursue a teaching career. Kevin, a Marketing major at Radford University, will graduate this spring, seeking a career in marketing.
The couple plans to reside in Roanoke after the wedding which will take place in Wytheville at St. Johns Episcopal Church. A Spring of 1994 wedding is being planned.
