STONEMAN, Annie Sweeney, 68, of Roanoke, died Friday, April 9, 1993.
Surviving are her husband, Roy F. Stoneman; her daughters and son-in-law,
Patricia Sweeney Humphrey, June Sweeney and Eddie Hayslett, all of Roanoke;
her sons and daughters-in-law, L. E. and Sandra Sweeney, Troutville, Dock F.
and Virgie M. Sweeney, Salem; her stepchildren, Zona S. Dobbins and her
husband, James, Barbara S. Breeding, Jane S. Gordon, all of Roanoke, Joyce S.
Sutphin and her husband, Marvin, Christiansburg, Bane Stoneman and his wife,
Sharon, Salem, Susie Rickman and her husband, Lonnie, Daleville; three
sisters, Ethel Marrs, Sophia, W. Va., Catherine B. Roberson, Floyd, Daisy
Phillips, Elliston; one brother, Roy Blackwell, Floyd; two granddaughters,
Dawn and Joyelle Hayslett; one great-granddaughter, Laken Hayslett Fizer; 22
stepgrandchildren, seven stepgreat-grandchildren; a special niece, Jean Harlow
and several other nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at Oakey's
Vinton Chapel Monday, April 12, 11 a.m. with the Rev. George E. Stevenson and
the Rev. Ernie Lewis officiating. Interment in Sherwood Memorial Park. Friends
may call at Oakey's Vinton Chapel.
