OBIT MCCRAY, LAURA LEE

McCRAY, Laura Lee, 90, of Salem, passed away Monday, April 12, 1993. She was preceded in death by her husband, J.R. (Bob) McCray; and a daughter, Louraine Arrington. She is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Mae and Doug Sexton, Roanoke; granddaughter, Renee' Arrington Klann, Denver, Colo.; three sisters, Mary Dean, Virginia Bradley, Berta Hale, all of Roanoke; three brothers, John Greenway, Salem, Joe Greenway, Troutville, Bill Greenway, Moneta. Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Wednesday at the John M. Oakey Funeral Home Chapel, Salem, with the Rev. Tom Clay officiating. Interment will follow in Sherwood Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Salem Rescue Squad, the American Cancer Society or to the charity of your choice. The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral Home.
