MUSEUM TO DEDICATE ADDITION TO CIRCUS EXHIBIT
The Virginia Museum of Transportation in Roanoke will sponsor a Circus Extravaganza on Thursday from 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m. in its upstairs gallery.George I. Neal will unveil his "Street Scene Parade" designed to accompany the Miniature Traveling Circus on permanent display at the museum. A presentation by Roanoke Mayor David Bowers will follow in honor of Neal's dedication to the museum and preservation of circus travel by train.
Performers from the Ringling Brothers and Barnum & Bailey Circus are scheduled to entertain.
