TREE PLANTING SET ON TECH DRILL FIELD

As part of Earth Week activities at Virginia Tech, there will be a campus tree-planting on the Drill Field on Sunday, 2-4 p.m. Several campus organizations will work together to plant about 50 trees.

Monday is Ozone Day. Students are invited to gather on the Drill Field between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. to demonstrate for increased awareness of ozone depletion. During class changes, students dressed in ultraviolet-protection suits will play volleyball on the Drill Field.
