HOSPICE TO OFFER VOLUNTEER TRAINING

The New River Valley Hospice will be offering volunteer training for nine consecutive weeks starting April 27. Volunteers help terminally ill clients and their families with emotional support, respite care, errands and small household tasks.

The hospice will be offering intensive volunteer training in Giles County for four consecutive Saturdays, 9 a.m.-4 p.m., starting May 1.
