OBIT JOHNSON, ROBERT MONROE

JOHNSON, Robert Monroe, 71, of Roanoke, died Friday, April 16, 1993. He is survived by his son and daughter-in-law, Lacy M. and Christine Johnson of Fayetteville, Ga.; daughter and son-in-law, Becky and Bill Lucas of Roanoke; brother, James Johnson of Omaha, Neb.; sisters, Pearl Snellings of Roanoke, Frances Jabbour of Colonial Heights, Nora Gordon of Fort Worth, Texas; grandchildren, Lynette Lowell, Melissa Lucas, Sean Johnson, Christol Reynolds, Melanie Johnson, Amanda Lucas; great-grandson, Matthew Johnson; many nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held noon Monday at the Lotz Roanoke Chapel by Rev. Carter L. Sloan with burial in the Troutville Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday at the Lotz Roanoke Chapel.
