OBIT BAILEY, WILLIAM PAULI

BAILEY, William Paul, 89, of Richmond, died Thursday, April 15, 1993. He is survived by his wife, Eva Neff Bailey; two nieces, Margaret Rosen and Stella Paxton, both of Richmond; two sisters, Margaret Neff, Salem; Alma Vaughan, Roanoke. Mr. Bailey was retired from Norfolk & Western Railroad after 46 years of service. His remains rest at Joseph W. Bliley Funeral Home, Chippenham Chapel, 6900 Hull St. Rd., Richmond. Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Sunday, Belmont United Methodist Church, Richmond. Interment will be 1 p.m. Monday, Sherwood Memorial Park, Salem.
