DAVIDSON-MOELCHERT

Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Mays Davidson, Jr., announce the engagement of their daughter, Jennifer Lynn, to Louis William Moelchert, III, son of Mr. and Mrs. Louis William Moelchert, Jr., of Richmond, Virginia.

Miss Davidson is a graduate of Seven Hill School, Lynchburg, and Westhampton College of the University of Richmond. She is employed by James River Associates, Inc. in Richmond.

She is the granddaughter of Mr. Allen W. Roberts, of Bedford, and the late Ruth Roberts and the late Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Mays Davidson, of Bedford.

Mr. Moelchert was graduated from the E. Claiborne Robins School of Business of the University of Richmond. He is a portfolio manager/analyst with the Jefferson Capital Group, Ltd. in Richmond.

The wedding is planned for August 14, 1993, in Main Street United Methodist Church in Bedford.
