Mr. and Mrs. Clifford A. Neal of Radford, Va., announce the engagement of their daughter, Sheila Renee, to Charles Daniel Waller, Jr., son of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Daniel Waller, Sr., of Pulaski, Va.

Sheila is a graduate of Radford High School and Radford University and is employed by Danville City Public Schools. Dan is a graduate of Pulaski County High School and is employed by Renfro ofPulaski.

A July 31, 1993, wedding is planned.
