BAILEY-TROUT

Cynthia Lee Trout and Hal Thomas Bailey were married on Saturday, April 17, 1993 at seven o'clock in the evening in Fincastle Presbyterian Church byReverend Neil Dunnavant. The reception was held at Roanoke Country Club.

Amy Trout Owens of Roanoke,Virginia, sister of the bride, was matron of honor. The bridesmaids were Amy Cox Moore and Margaret Akers Knopf of Roanoke; Mary Moore Stephenson andJulia Harrell Mann of Richmond,Virginia; Sally Richardson Bailey of Troutville, Virginia; and Stephanie Lynne Godsey of Dallas, Texas. All are friends of the bride. The flowergirl was Brandy Lee Owens of Roanoke, niece of the bride.

Dr. Dewey James Bailey, Jr., father of the groom, served as best man. The groomsmen were Dr. Richard GlennBailey and Eugene Michael Bailey of Troutville, Virginia, Dr. Dewey James Bailey, III of Roanoke, Virginia, Stephen Randolph Bailey of Fincastle, Virginia, Robert Casey Bailey of Daleville,Virginia, brothers of the groom; andCarlton Lee Trout, Jr. of Richmond,Virginia, brother of the bride. Theringbearer was Kyle Butler Bailey of Troutville, nephew of the groom.

The guestbook was attended byJennifer Ann Taney and Kendall Garland Taney of Richmond, cousins of the bride.

The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Carlton Lee Trout, Sr. and thegranddaughter of Mrs. Eloise Turnbull Garland and the late Dr. Walter Buhrman Garland, Jr., all of Roanoke. She is a graduate of Patrick Henry High School and Virginia Tech. She is retailadministration officer for Signet Bank in Salem, Virginia.

The groom is the son of Dr. Dewey James Bailey, Jr. of Troutville and Mrs. Nancy Casey Bailey of Daleville. He is a graduate of Lord Botetourt High School and Virginia Tech. He is president ofEngineering Concepts, Inc. of Fincastle, Virginia.

After a wedding trip to St. John in the U.S. Virgin Islands, the couple will reside in Fincastle.
