Tracey Anne Warner and Roy Edward Foutz, III, were united in marriage on April 17, 1993, in St. Andrew's Catholic Church. The ceremony was performed by Reverend Father Joseph Henry Metzger, III. The reception was held at Hunting Hills Country Club.The bride is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Michael Emmett Warner. She is agraduate of Roanoke Catholic High School and the University of Richmond. She is employed by Massey, Wood and West in Richmond.
The groom is a son of Mr. and Mrs. Roy Edward Foutz, Jr. He is a graduate of Cave Spring High School and Virginia Tech. He is employed by PetroleumMarketers, Inc.
Lois Ann Del Bueno of Richmond,Virginia, was maid of honor. Thebridesmaids were Kelly Lynne Maxey of Cincinnati, Ohio; Margo Joan Borys of Monmouth Beach, New Jersey; Alison Schaefer Warner of Baltimore,Maryland; and Christine Del Bueno of Richmond, Virginia.
Roy Edward Foutz, Jr., father of the groom, was best man. The groomsmen were Joseph Richard Assaid, WilliamErnest Chenault, Jr., and John Barton Edmunds, all of Roanoke, Virginia;Michael William Warner of Baltimore, Maryland; Nelson Bernard Foutz of Greensboro, North Carolina; and Millard Nelson Radford of Burnt Chimney,Virginia.
After a wedding trip to St. John, Virgin Islands, the couple will live in Richmond.
