OBIT HAIRFIELD, LAURA LEE HARRIS

HAIRFIELD, Laura Lee Harris, 65, of Roanoke, passed away Sunday, April 18, 1993. She was a member of Grandin Court Baptist Church. Those left to cherish her memory are, husband, Edward M. Hairfield Jr.; son, Edd L. Hairfield, Roanoke; daughters and sons-in-law, Ellen H. and Jeff Deaton, Richmond, Lori H. and John Glovier, Roanoke; three grandchildren, Melissa Strausbaugh, Lauren Deaton, and David Glovier; a sister, Carole Harris, Tennessee; niece, Angelyn Hartless, Tennessee; also other nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted from Oakey's South Chapel, 11 a.m. Tuesday with the Rev. Charles Watkins officiating. Interment in Sherwood Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at Oakey's South Chapel, 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. today.
