OBIT MARTIN, PATSY EMORE

MARTIN, Patsy Emore, 51, of Lexington, died Monday, April 19, 1993, at her residence. Born July 12, 1941, in Rockbridge County, Va., she was the daughter of the late Thomas George Emore and Ethel Pooley Emore. She was preceded in death by three brothers, Thomas P. Emore, Carl H. Emore Sr., and Herbert Emore, and one sister, Edna V. Emore. Surviving are two daughters, Melissa Emore, Lexington, Faye E. Yeatts, Danville; three sisters, Gladys Wade, Ruby Blackwell, both of Lexington, Louise Chaplin, Glasgow; two brothers, Russell Emore and Harry Emore, both of Lexington; four grandchildren, Don Yeatts, Allen Yeatts, both of Danville, Tocarra Emore and Taylor Hall, both of Lexington. A memorial service will be conducted Wednesday, April 21, 1993, at 2 p.m. at the Harrison Funeral Chapel with Rev. Zeb Carson Williams officiating with burial to follow in the Timber Ridge A. R. P. Cemetery. Arrangements by the Harrison Funeral Home, Lexington.
