BUCS' GAME IN WILMINGTON SUSPENDED

The Wilmington Blue Rocks rallied for three runs in the bottom of the fifth inning, just before Wednesday night's game was suspended by rain.

Salem pitcher Dave Doorneweerd had allowed one hit and the Bucs led 3-0 until the rain got heavy. After cutting it to 3-1, Wilmington got a two-out, two-run single by Gary Caraballo to tie it.

The teams will start the game in the top of the sixth inning tonight at 6:05, then play the regularly scheduled nine-inning game 20 minutes after the first is over.
