A handful of people still had not been arrested as of Wednesday afternoon. Most of those who had been brought to the police station had made bond, Maj. Jonny Butler said.
Those who were indicted by the special grand jury Tuesday and the charges they are accused include:
James A. Bane, 24, Lot 52 Oak Forest Trailer Park, Blacksburg, two felony counts of conspiring to distribute an imitation controlled substance.
Michael V. Burnett, 41, 1711 Downey St., Radford, felony possession of marijuana with intent to distribute.
Thomas J. Burns, 20, 120 Trinkle Hall, Radford University, two felony counts of distributing marijuana and one misdemeanor charge of distributing marijuana.
Kyle D. Cecil, 41, 909 Mashburn Ave., Pulaski, one felony count of attempting to obtain a controlled substance.
Alexander N. Crowe, 20, 1015 J Calhoun St., Radford, two felony counts of distributing marijuana and two misdemeanor counts of distributing marijuana.
Charles S. Davis III, 22, 412 A Clement St., Radford, one felony count of distributing marijuana and three misdemeanor counts of distributing marijuana.
Mark East, 23, Belspring, one felony count of distributing marijuana.
Veston R. Gardner, 36, 3206 Radford Road, Christiansburg, one felony count of distributing marijuana and one misdemeanor count of distributing marijuana.
Anthony J. Goins Jr., 608 Pendleton St., Radford, two felony counts of distributing cocaine.
Christopher T. Holland, 23, 105 C Madison St., one felony count of distributing cocaine and one misdemeanor count of distributing marijuana.
Patricia D. Jannelle, 2702 Ramble Road, Blacksburg, two felony counts of distributing an imitation controlled substance.
Chad C. Rowsey, 19, 109 Jefferson Hall, Radford University, one felony count of distributing marijuana.
Franklin J. Sawyers, Bee Lane, Blacksburg, two felony counts of distributing an imitation controlled substance.
Paul W. Snell Jr., 21, 1204 Downey St., Radford, two felony counts of distributing cocaine and one misdemeanor count of distributing marijuana.
Leroy Stafford, 205 Allen Avenue, Radford, felony distribution of cocaine.
Shaun D. Taylor, 20, University Trailer Park Lot 192, Blacksburg, felony possession of cocaine and felony distribution of cocaine.
Matthew C. Totten, 401 C Fairfax St, Apt. 2., one felony count of distributing marijuana and one misdemeanor count of distributing marijuana.
Lowell J. Walson, 1600 Clay St., Radford, one felony count of distributing cocaine and two felony counts of distributing an imitation controlled substance.
George Thomas Warden, 36, 2106 Third St., Radford, two felony counts of distributing marijuana and five misdemeanor counts of distributing marijuana.
Police also arrested several people after obtaining misdemeanor warrants against them for various alleged drug offenses. They included:

A 17-year-old girl, distributing marijuana.
A 17-year-old girl, distributing LSD.
A 16-year-old boy, distributing cocaine.
Marc Stauffer, 20, 608 J Downey St., Radford, possessing marijuana.
Charles P. Mihalcoe, 23, 1030 C Downey St., Radford, sellling or or distributing marijuana.
Dean Irwin, 32, Longs Trailer Park, Christiansburg, distributing marijuana.
Howard S. Claytor Jr., 21, 2800 First St., Apt. H80, Radford, two charges of distributing marijuana.
Paul J. Masters, 42, Dublin, distributing marijuana.
Jerry Ray Gardner, 35, AT&T Trailer Park, Blacksburg, distributing marijuana.
Robert L. Jones, 19, 326 Perry Hall, Radford University, three charges of distributing marijuana.
Rhonda P. Warden, 32, 2106 Third St., distributing marijuana.
Lauri A. Mandaro, 18, 319 Pocahontas Hall, Radford University, two charges of distributing marijuana.
Matthew McCauley, 22, 608 J Downey St., Radford, possessing drug paraphernalia.

Eric R. Taylor, 22, New River, distributing marijuana.
Robert Browning, 31, 222 Allen Avenue H-91, three charges of distributing a prescription medicine.
