FRALIN TO COMPLETE BROTHER'S TECH TERM

W. Heywood Fralin, a Roanoke lawyer, has been named by Gov. Douglas Wilder to the Virginia Tech Board of Visitors to complete the term of his late brother, Horace Fralin.

Fralin, president of the Roanoke law firm of Jolly, Place, Fralin and Prillaman, is on the board of trustees for the University of Virginia Real Estate Foundation and its Student Aid Foundation. He was a director of the Roanoke YMCA, Roanoke Valley Chamber of Commerce and Help Inc.

The Board of Visitors term expires in 1996.
