WHO, WHEN & WHERE

The Mill Mountain Zoo is now hosting a children's hour of nature-related stories, activities and presentations Saturdays at 10:30 a.m.

Children under the age of 4 must be accompanied by an adult. The programs are free with zoo admission, $3.50 for adults and $2 for children 2-12. Call 343-3241.

Dinners for the museum

Twelve dinner packages are available for the Art Museum of Western Virginia's fund-raiser, Dinner a L'Art.

They include an Oriental feast, a party at Shawsville's Walnut Grove, a gourmet meal on the summit of Buffalo Mountain, an afternoon on Smith Mountain Lake, a Southwestern meal called Edible Art and 'Toons and Tea for children.
