Leigh Anne Williams and David Lawrence Frazier are engaged and planning to
be married June 19, 1993, in Roanoke. She is a daughter of the late Richard L.
Williams and Richard and Mary Ellen Carneal. She graduated from Cave Spring
High School and Roanoke college. She is currently pursuing a Master's Degree
in Pyschology. She is employed by Psychiatric Services. David is a son of
Doctor J. Richard Frazier and Ms. Anne R. Frazier of Roanoke, Va. He graduated
from Cave Spring High School and will graduate from Roanoke College in May
1993.
