LOWEN-BULLINGTON

Sarah Elizabeth Bullington and David Burton Lowen were married April 24, 1993, in a ceremony at the groom's home performed by the brother of the groom, Dr. A. Wayne Lowen. The reception was held at The Shenandoah Club. The ringbearer was William Lindsay Bullington. The bride is the daughter of Dr. and Mrs. G. L. Hickam, Penhook, Va. She attended Virginia Tech. The groom is the son of Mrs. Florance Taylor French of Calabash, N. C., and the late Mr. James Ervine Lowen. He graduated from James Madison University and is employed by Foti, Flynn, Lowen and Company, PC. The newlyweds will live in Roanoke, Virginia, after a wedding trip to St. Thomas.
