BRAND BIRTH

Griffin Thomas Brand, weighing 9 lbs. and 20 1/2 inches long, was born at Lewis-Gale Hospital on March 22, 1993, at 8:55 a.m. Parents are David and Bette Brand. Grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. William T. Brand of Roanoke, Mr. and Mrs. C. E. Branson of Moneta. Maternal great-grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Robert E. Calimer of Virginia Beach. Attending physicians were Dr. Laura Moylan, Dr. Michael Mallare and Dr. Gennard Lanzara. A special thanks to the nurses (especially Helen) and doctors at Lewis-Gale for helping us welcome our beautiful son into the world.
