RUSSIAN BLUEGRASS? HEAR IT IN ABINGDON

A Russian bluegrass band will perform at 8 p.m. Thursday at Virginia Highlands Community College.

Kukuruza is a nine-member bluegrass band from Moscow, stopping in Abingdon during a tour that includes the Grand Ole Opry and other country music locations. It is the band's third American tour.
