OBIT MCALLISTER, FRANK RUCKER

McALLISTER, Frank Rucker, 83, of Salem, died Friday, April 23, 1993, in a Salem hospital. He was a retired traffic manager for the N & W Railroad. He is survived by his wife, Elva Beatrice McAllister; two sons and daughters-in-law, Frank R. and Odett McAllister Jr. of Shreveport, La., J. Robert and Betty McAllister, Ellicott City, Md.; six grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Monday, April 26, 1993, at 10 a.m. at the Lotz Salem Chapel with the Rev. Wayne W. McCauley officiating. Interment will be in Sherwood Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 12 to 2 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. on Sunday at the Lotz Salem Chapel.
