OBIT BROWN, MAGGIE ELIZABETH, ("LEZZIE")
BROWN, Maggie Elizabeth, ("Lezzie"), 96, of Baltimore, Md., and formerly of
Wirtz, Va., died Saturday, April 24, 1993. She was preceded in death by her
husband, J. Tildon Brown; three sons, H. Clay Brown, Stueart A. Brown, and A.
Wilfred Brown, daughter-in-law, Gladys Brown, and one son-in-law, Charlie W.
Dent. Survivors include four daughters and three sons-in-law, Thelma M. and
James English of Rocky Mount, Flora B. and Willie English of Moneta, Va., Inez
and Rudie Radosevich, Baltimore, and Lucille B. Dent of Rocky Mount; two sons,
Henry Brown and Wilbur Brown, both of Baltimore, Md.; also surviving are one
sister, Hattie Reed Staton of Ohio; 11 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren,
five stepgrandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren and one daughter-in-law,
Maoria S. Brown. Funeral services will be conducted 11 Monday morning from
Lynch Chapel by J. D. Hunt, Minister, with interment to follow in Franklin
Memorial Park. Visitation will begin at 2 p.m. Sunday at Lynch Funeral Home
where the family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m.
