MANN, William Lee, 72, of Spokane, Wash., formerly of New Castle, died Sunday, April 18, 1993. He is survived by a sister and brother-in-law, Mary Ellen and Sidney Hutchison, Blacksburg. Graveside service will be conducted Monday, April 26, 10 a.m. at Huffman Memorial Cemetery. Boitnott Funeral Home, is in charge of the arrangements.
