OBIT CAMPER, EDWARD MAURICE

CAMPER, Edward Maurice, 79, of Pembroke, died Sunday, April 25, 1993 in a Rich Creek Nursing Facility. Born in Bluefield W.Va. May 2, 1913, he was a son of the late Byrd A. and Lillian Price Camper. He was preceded in death by his wife, Dorothy Atkins Camper. He is survived by two daughters, Dora C. Williams, Pearisburg, Linda C. Gross, Springfield; two grandchildren, Jeffrey A. Williams and Molly E. Gross; two great-grandchildren, Zachary S. Williams and David A. Williams; three sisters, Irma Camper, Florence Camper and Laura C. Stiff, all of Roanoke. Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday, 11 a.m. at the Kendall Funeral Home Chapel, Pembroke. Burial will be in the Atkins Cemetery, Newport. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6 to 9 p.m. Monday.
