Because of a reporter's error, the office that initially investigated a sexual harassment complaint against Sam Tiano, director of the Veterans Affairs regional office in Roanoke, was reportedly incorrectly in Tuesday editions. The Veterans Benefits Office in Baltimore conducted the initial investigation.
