OBIT BURR, NINA WRIGHT

BURR, Nina Wright, 76, of Roanoke, died Monday, April 26, 1993, in a local hospital. She was the widow of Aaron B. (A.B.) Burr. Mrs. Burr was a member of Northview United Methodist Church where she was active in church work for many years. Surviving are a daughter and son-in-law, Sharon K. and Gregg Niceley, San Francisco, Calif.; sisters, Frances W. Andrews, Louise W. Whitehead, both of Covington; a number of nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers, the family request that memorials be made to the Memorial Fund at Northview United Methodist Church, Plantation Rd. and Ridgecrest Dr., Roanoke, Va. 24019. Funeral services will be conducted 11 a.m. Thursday at Northview United Methodist Church by Dr. Carl E. Savage. A graveside service will be conducted 2 p.m. Thursday in Alleghany Memorial Park, Covington, Va. The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at Oakey's North Chapel.
