MARTINSVILLE DELEGATE TO SPEAK IN FANCY GAP

Del. Roscoe Reynolds, D-Martinsville, will speak at a Hillsville Lions Club meeting at 6:30 p.m. May 11 at the Mountain Top Restaurant.

He will provide an update on legislation as it affects Carroll County and Southwest Virginia. The community service program is being provided by the club for all Carroll County citizens.

Reynolds has served in the House of Delegates since 1986. Before that, he was commonwealth's attorney in Henry County. - Southwest bureau
