KNIGHTS OF COLUMBUS SAY THANKS FOR FUND DRIVE SUPPORT

On behalf of Knights of Columbus Council 562 and as chairman for the 1993 Knights of Virginia Assistance for the Retarded (KOVAR) Fund Drive, I would like to express my sincerest appreciation for the generous support of the Roanoke Valley during our recent fund drive.

All money collected by the Knights of Columbus will be given to organizations benefiting mentally retarded citizens and their families. In fact, within the last two months, KOVAR granted more than $9,000 to Camp Virginia Jaycee in Blue Ridge for the purpose of rehabilitating one of the cabins.
