Julia, a graduate of Salem High School and James Madison University, is employed by State Farm Insurance Company in Charlottesville, Va. Stephen, a graduate of Tabb High School and James Madison University, is employed by Tidewater First Financial Group, Inc. in Newport News, Va. An October 9 wedding is planned.
