VARDARO-GOINS

Donita and Rodney Goins of Proctorville, Ohio, announce the engagement of their son, Kevin D. Goins, to Kellie Nicole Vardaro, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Vardaro of Virginia Beach.

A May 1994 wedding is planned. Mr. Goins is a 1993 graduate of Ferrum College. Miss Vardaro is attending Norfolk State University, majoring in elementary education.
