OBIT COOK, CLYDE E.

COOK, Clyde E., 84, of Salem, died Friday, April 30, 1993, in Richfield Nursing Center. He was a native of Coats Falls, N.Y., and had lived in and around that area most of his life. He was a member of the Hancock Masonic Lodge #552 F.&A.M. for 42 years. He was preceded in death by his wife, Madge B. Cook. He is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Thomas C. and Mary Ann Cook, Salem; three grandchildren, Thomas J. Cook, Exton, Pa., Adam D. Cook, Huntington, W.Va., Lena E. Cook, Salem. A memorial service will be held 11:30 a.m. Monday at Our Lady Of Nazareth Catholic Church. The family asks that in lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Our Lady of Nazareth Catholic Church Youth Program, 2505 Electric Rd., S.W., Roanoke, Va. 24018. Arrangements by John M.
