OBIT WAGGONER, NELL HELMS QUIGLEY

WAGGONER, Nell Helms Quigley, 68, of Christiansburg, died Saturday afternoon, May 1, 1993, in the Montgomery Regional Hospital. She is survived by one daughter, Debra Waggoner of Arlington, Va.; a son, John Quigley, Christiansburg; and four sisters, Edith Reed, Christiansburg, Evelyn Perdue, Maxine Martin, both of Blacksburg, Jewell Raines, Ellett; one granddaughter, Cristin. The funeral will be 11 a.m. Tuesday from the Park United Methodist Church conducted by the Rev. William Olewiler and Rev. Richard Horne with burial in Sunset Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to the American Cancer Society or the American Heart Association. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at the Richardson-Horne Funeral Home.
