OBIT HAYES, MINNIE EVELYN WINES

HAYES, Minnie Evelyn Wines, 59, of Natural Bridge Station, Va., died Sunday, May 2, 1993, at Lewis-Gale Hospital, Salem, Va. Born in Rockbridge County, February 16, 1934, she was the daughter of Mrs. Lula Evelyn Wines of Natural Bridge Station, and the late Lace Wines. She was a member of Falling Springs Presbyterian Church. Surviving are her husband, Preston M. Hayes of Natural Bridge Station, Va.; two daughters, Holly Cash of Natural Bridge, Va., Kelly Humphries of Buena Vista, Va.; one brother, Keith Wines of Lexington, Va.; one sister, Betty Huff of Roanoke, Va.; two grandchildren, Jonathan and Jessie Cash of Natural Bridge, Va. Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday morning at 11 from the Falling Spring Presbyterian Church with Dr. Fredrick F. Ritsch III officiating, with burial to follow in the Falling Spring Presbyterian Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 7 to 8 p.m. Monday at the Harrison Funeral Home, Lexington.
