SUE MATNEY of Narrows and MARY SHEFFIELD of Blacksburg have received Manpower Temporary Services of Christiansburg's Tiffany Awards for excellence in office skills. To qualify, a temporary must work at least 400 hours within a 12-month period and receive an outstanding rating from his or her supervisor.
