VICTIMS' RIGHTS RECOGNITION

In recognition of National Victim's Rights Week last week, state headquarters and Floyd and Twin Counties chapters of Virginians Opposing Drunk Driving held news conferences and presented PBA 3000 portable breath analyzers to law enforcement agencies in each area.

The presentation of the detectors was made possible through an effort by VODD and Nationwide Insurance and took place on Thursday at the Floyd, Carroll and Grayson county courthouses.
