SHOPPING CENTER CHANGES OWNERSHIP

Memorial Square Shopping Center has been sold for $7 million by Wyatt Development Co. of Aiken, S.C., to Developers Diversified Realty Corp. of Moreland Hills, Ohio, as part of a package deal involving centers in several states.

Wal-Mart is the anchor store in the 22-acre Pulaski center, which also has space leased to 14 other businesses. It was completed about two years ago.
