OBIT WADE, WILLIAM HOWARD SR.
WADE, William Howard Sr., 80, of Christiansburg, died Monday, May 3, 1993,
in Montgomery Regional Hospital. His residence was on Peppers Ferry Road in
Christiansburg. He is survived by his wife, Beulah Huddle Wade; one son and
daughter-in-law, William H. "Bill" Jr. and Lois B. Wade, Christiansburg; one
daughter and son-in-law, Mae W. and David R. Bayse, Alta Vista; two sisters,
Elizabeth Sheppard, Radford; Eulalia Gentry, Salem; three grandchildren and
one great-grandchild. Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Wednesday from the
Blacksburg First Wesleyan Church conducted by Rev. John Hopkins with burial in
Roselawn Memorial Gardens. The family request that in lieu of flowers,
memorials be made to the Wade Memorial Fund, c/o First Wesleyan Church, 1406
Giles Road, Blacksburg, VA 24060. The family will receive friends from 7 to 9
Tuesday at the Richardson-Horne Funeral Home, Christiansburg.
