OBIT AIKINS, JOHN T. 63

AIKINS, John T. 63, of Vinton, died Monday, May 3, 1993. Mr. Aikins is survived by one son, John T. Aikins Jr. and wife, Doreen, Blue Ridge; two daughters and sons-in-law, Doris and Wayne Sigmon, Vinton, and Cindy and Billy Dunbar, Roanoke; five brothers, Merle Aikins, Fla., Jim Aikins, Ronnie Aikins, Larry Aikins, all of Pennsylvania, and Garr Aikins, Ohio; one sister, Jane Ramsey, Pa., grandchildren, Tammi and Lisa Aikins, Kathy Sigmon, Angie Pettus, Tina Noel, Bryan and Brandi Dunbar; one great-grandson, Steven Pettus and fiancee', Jackie Lloyd. Funeral services will be held Thursday May 6, 1993, 10 a.m. at the Lotz Vinton Chapel with Rev. Rick Via and Rev. Jim Harrison officiating. Interment will be in Old Dominion Memorial Gardens. Friends may call at Lotz Vinton Chapel.
