WILLIAMS, Clara Virginia,. 74, of Roanoke, died Sunday, May 2, 1993 in a
Los Angeles, Calif. hospital. She resided in Roanoke and Salem most of her
life. She was a housewife and had attended the College Lutheran Church in
Salem. She is preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth A. Williams. She is
survived by five sons, Kenneth L. Williams of Roanoke, Paul Billy Williams of
Van Nuys, Calif., Nickolas C. Williams of Roanoke, Jackie L. Williams of
Roanoke, Bobby Ray Williams of Van Nuys, Calif.; 16 grandchildren; five
great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Thursday in the
John M. Oakey and Son Chapel by Dr. George K. Bowers. Burial will follow in
Cedar Lawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends Wednesday from 7 to 9
p.m. at the funeral home. John M. Oakey and Son is handling arrangements.
