SPEND ENERGY ON REAL SCHOOL ISSUES

I FIND it amazing that so many people in Montgomery County are getting so worked up about a triviality such as what to call the holiday breaks in the school system. The kids probably don't care what they are called, as long as they get them! And I'm sad to see so much energy being so grossly misdirected. If these people could direct all this concern toward real issues, such as the illiteracy in the schools, drug use or teen pregnancies, think about the improvements that could be made for our children.
