OBIT KERNS, ALAN, ("TODD")

KERNS, Alan, ("Todd"), 29, of 3016 Maple Lawn Ave., N.W., died Saturday, May 8, 1993. He is survived by his mother, Mrs. Reba Sink Kerns; one sister and brother-in-law, Linda C. and James E. Wheeling; two aunts, Mrs. Earl (Ruth) Richardson, Mrs. Earl (Velma) Campbell, all of Roanoke; two nephews, James M. Childress, Mount Laurel, N.J., Ryan E. Wheeling, Roanoke; two cousins, Sue Howell and Tracey Shanks, both of Roanoke; and many special friends. Funeral services will be conducted from Oakey's North Chapel 11:30 a.m. Wednesday, with the Rev. James Milner officiating. Burial will be in Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens. Friends may call at Oakey's North Chapel, where the family will receive friends after 2 p.m. Tuesday.
