SEWER RATES ALREADY TOO HIGH

IN REFERENCE to the April 28 article by David Poole concerning an increase in county sewer rates of $5 per quarter:

I think that is outrageous. The rates are already so high that I wonder how much longer people will be able to use the water that they actually need. Those who live in the county already pay more for water and sewer than other counties and cities do. RUTH CUNNINGHAM ROANOKE
